Terms and Conditions of Use

This document governs access to and use of the IAProXpert web platform, including its AI-based content generation services, subscription plans, and consulting tools.

2. User Acceptance

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the platform.

3. Access and Registration

Access to basic tools may be free. Certain features require registration and subscription. The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Services Offered

IAProXpert provides content generation tools (text, image, data), access to chatbots, and interactive AI dashboards. Some services are offered under a monthly subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

• Use of the platform to generate illegal, defamatory, or misleading content is strictly prohibited.
• Automated use via scripts or external bots is not allowed.
• The user is responsible for the content they generate and share.

6. Intellectual Property

The user retains the rights to the content they generate. However, IAProXpert may store and use portions of such content in anonymised form for internal improvements.

7. Cancellations and Payments

Plans renew monthly. The user may cancel at any time from their profile. Payments already made are non-refundable, except in the case of a proven technical error.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that the generated content is accurate or error-free. IAProXpert is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the platform or decisions made based on AI-generated content.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the platform will imply acceptance of the new conditions.
