This document governs access to and use of the IAProXpert web platform, its AI-powered content generation services, subscription plans and consulting tools.

2. User Acceptance

By accessing and using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should refrain from using the platform.

3. Access and Registration

Access to basic tools may be available without registration. Certain features require registration and a subscription. Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

4. Services Offered

IAProXpert provides content generation tools (text, images and data), access to chatbots and interactive AI panels. Some services are offered under a monthly subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

• The platform may not be used to generate illegal, defamatory or misleading content.
• Automated use through external scripts or bots is not permitted.
• Users are responsible for the content they generate and share.

6. Intellectual Property

Users retain the rights to the content they generate. However, IAProXpert may store and use portions of that content in anonymised form for internal improvements.

7. Cancellations and Payments

Plans renew monthly. Users may cancel at any time through their account profile. Payments already made are non-refundable except in the event of a demonstrable technical error.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate or error-free. IAProXpert is not responsible for damages arising from the use of the platform or from decisions based on AI-generated content.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
