1. What does your subscription include?

By subscribing to one of our packs (IA Launch Pro, Business Core, or Scale Node), you receive 3 months of free access to our managed hosting system and related technical services.

Starting from the 4th month,a monthly technical subscription is automatically activated,which includes:

✔ Shared or dedicated AI hosting (based on your plan)
✔ Technical maintenance and backups
✔ On-demand scalability
✔ Full management by our team
✔ Cancel anytime

2. Activation and Billing

💳 First charge is processed automatically after the 3-month free period
📧 Notification sent via email 5 days before billing
🧾 Payment is made using the method selected at checkout
💰 Monthly price: from €49.90/month (depending on plan and taxes)

3. Duration and Cancellation

🔁Automatic monthly renewal
❌ Cancel anytime from your account
📆 Service remains active until the end of the billing cycle

4. Taxes and Billing

🌍 VAT applied based on country and tax status
✅ EU clients with valid VAT ID may apply 0% (reverse charge)
📄 Invoices available in your account after each payment

5. Plan Changes & Scalability

📈 You can upgrade to dedicated servers or your own infrastructure at any time
📅 Request changes at least 5 days before the next billing cycle

6. Technical Management

🔧 Our team manages and maintains the server
🔐 Root access is not provided on shared plans
🛠 Partial technical access available on advanced plans
